Take the kids for a ride with the fire Santa | Community Spirit

Palm Harbor, Florida -- Palm Harbor Fire Rescue will be starting up their Santa rides in a couple of weeks and you don't want to miss this.

Santa and some of Palm Harbor's finest will be riding around various neighborhoods in their antique fire truck starting at 6 p.m.

Since some routes are longer than others the ride may end between 8 and 8:30 p.m. After each ride there will be hot chocolate and cookies at fire station 66 which is located at 1123 Illinois Ave in Palm Harbor.

The ride dates and locations are:

Monday, Dec. 3

• South of Tampa Road to Curlew, between US 19 and Alt. 19 

Tuesday, Dec. 4

• East of US 19 to McMullen Booth Rd., between Tampa Rd. and Curlew Rd.

Wednesday, Dec. 5

• Everything east of US 19, north of Tampa Rd to Lake Tarpon Drive.

Thursday, Dec. 6

• Alderman Rd., south, between US 19 and Alt. 19
• Crystal Beach Estates
• Hidden Lakes
• Indian Trails
• West Lake Village
• Beacon Groves
• Orange Point
• Hill Top Groves
• Homestead Woods

Monday, Dec. 10

• North of Alderman, west of US 19, except Crystal Beach  (Baywood Village
